Once you place your order, our artists will draw your design and send it directly to you via email. You can request as many changes as needed until your design is perfect.

Production and Shipping
Production Time
Production time is 1–3 days, typically 1 day, excluding Sundays.
Shipping Time
Transit time to the US warehouse is 3–4 days, and USPS domestic shipping takes 1–5 days.
Shipping fees within the US are as follows:
- T-Shirts: $5.49
- Sweatshirts: $7.99
- Hoodies: $8.99
Standards for Embroidery
- The maximum number of thread colors for an embroidery design is 15.
- The total stitch count for a standard embroidery order is 50,000 stitches. Exceeding 50,000 stitches will incur an additional charge of $1 for every 5,000 extra stitches.
