Production time is 1–3 days, typically 1 day, excluding Sundays.

Transit time to the US warehouse is 3–4 days, and USPS domestic shipping takes 1–5 days.

The maximum number of thread colors for an embroidery design is 15.
The total stitch count for a standard embroidery order is 50,000 stitches. Exceeding 50,000 stitches will incur an additional charge of $1 for every 5,000 extra stitches.
